[It's kind of endearing the way that Yamato seems to fiddle with the bowl, looking a bit restless and nervous all at once. A part of Horikawa is tempted to ask if he's alright, but he supposes that if it's Yamato, maybe referring to him so casually would be a much more difficult hurdle to leap than it is for himself. (The thought makes his cheeks a bit warm, that he'd be the one to bypass that formality, but he manages to dismiss it quickly enough from his thoughts.)]
Ah? Okay, here.
[Reaching over he steals the spoon for one more bite, offering it back to Yamato once he has. The other definitely has a bigger appetite than Horikawa anyway, so he gives a thoughtful hum instead.]
Well, we may not be very familiar with it right now, but it could be nice to celebrate it somehow. Is there anything you'd like to do Yasukun?
[As long as it's being responsible and he's not gonna suggest drinking and Actual dropping of proprieties it's fine. It's fine.]

Ah, now that you mention it...
[They spent how long in the arcade during the mountain, and yet neither of them had thought to thoroughly investigate huh? Nevertheless Horikawa seems pleased at the prospect. It makes sense to want to know what's there anyway, and he has to admit that some of the bright lights and vibrant colors (though perhaps faded compared to modern machines) are pretty appealing. There's a glance left, and right, walking down the street before he indicates a shop to their left that appears to be closed, looking back down to Yamato expectantly.]
How about over there? It doesn't look like it'd bother anybody.
[The card, he means; there aren't too many people in Bavan who seem pleased at the prospect of their home or workplace being used as the portal to a God's domain. (Which is, Horikawa reasons, only because they must not know enough about the Fourth.) That does make this location pretty ideal though, and just to be polite:]
Do you want to finish the ice cream first?
[God knows Yamato could probably down the rest in two bites.]

[God knew Yamato could eat that in two bites........ Horikawa, on the other hand, is a little surprised since he didn't expect such a thing to be so literal. There's a bit of a grin offered up, accompanied by a laugh, but he shakes his head anyway, reaching into his pocket to show the iridescent card is on his person. To be honest, he's surprised that Yamato doesn't have it, shiny or not, being the more dedicated of the two.]
Hold onto that, we can set it in when we go inside.
[He guesses, indicating the bowl before he closes the last of the distance between themselves and the door, swiping his card and moving to open it. Except.... It doesn't... open...
Horikawa looks at it, puzzled for a moment, and remembers the earlier mishaps from last month.]
Ah, sorry, I guess we need another try?

It didn't work, so that might be a good idea... Here.
[It's really odd that this would continue, but Horikawa hands over the card without a fuss, stepping out of the way rather quickly. He raises a brow at that last comment though, giving a nod of assent as he considers it.]
I don't think it would be, something so trivial, but it's kind of odd, huh?
[But in any case, hopefully it opens up on the next try. Listen, they have plans here?]

I don't think so...
[Come on, now he's worried. That uncertain tone in his voice is nothing pleasant, even as he takes the card back with some hesitance. He looks to Yamato one last time before swiping the card again, (because, you know, what else are they going to do to fix this mysterious problem in their magic,) and with it finally seems to click. In an instant the door is opened to reveal the arcade that is becoming so increasingly familiar ー his shoulders slacken somewhat, and the relief that runs through Horikawa is probably plainly visible.]
Ah, there it is..! That was strange, don't you think so Yasusada-kun? Mm, I wonder why...

[ Attached is a image of a map to his apartment building, room number hand-written next the building, which has been circled and labeled. ]
I have no damn clue where you are, so care to let me know if you can manage to get here and how long it will take?

[Screw it. Switching over to audio now and speaking quickly.
kotou has posted an AUDIO MESSAGE. If you wish to listen, type LISTEN01.]
I was trying to type but the rats keep on getting on me.
I don't know. They just show up and follow me after I walk around in the city. But if you're worried, we don't have to eat them.

The sooner the fucking better.
[ IV gets up to leave the front door to the apartment open— with too many legs to navigate, he's not going to suffer the indignity of tripping over his literal two left feet when the guy gets there. (Thieves and curious passerby are a non-issue, in a rare perk of being a very noisy apartment filled with monsters) ]

[ From that last fall, even with vampire speed IV isn't going to scramble to his feet just before he's about to get them hacked off. He pulls himself up to his bed, so he's at least sitting rather than collapsed in a heap and calls out to his volunteer. ]
The one and only! Now get your ass in here, rather than gawking!
[ His roommate requested no amputation in the apartment, but she's just going to have to deal with amputation happening in his room, out of her sight. ]
