[ Leaning back into his chair, he doesn't see what Horikawa finds so exciting about this. So what if he was able to guess the uchigatana's shoe size, weren't his original clothes much better? Though, there's something about his grin that's enough to make Yamato give his own back, praising him for a good job like so: ] They're not, the inside of them are soft and it doesn't hurt my feet any. I'm just a little worried about fighting in them. All in all.. they're fine.

[Yes! All in all, he can't help but feel like this little trip was a success. The clothes are all flattering and come together well on Yamato, but Horikawa doesn't feel like they'll be too difficult to care for, or get in the way of Yamato's fighting when it comes down to it. Most importantly, he doesn't think that they'll dent his wallet ー that's important. He's about to express as much, but Yamato seems much more set on testing out the clothes first, and before he realizes it he's got an uchigatana in his arms.
The look on his face is a little more sheepish than anything as he peers down, face surprisingly close to Yamato's.]
Harder than you expected? [It's kind of endearing, really.] You will. If you need any help with your balance, that's fine too.

[ Baby steps is all Yamato needs to take and knowing that Horikawa is willing to help him makes Yamato's vision downgrade from surprise. He didn't think that he would be so kind, even after this when Yamato can't even walk straight himself. Placing a hand on the other's chest as he pushes himself back onto his two legs and the close proximity of their faces widen, there's a smile and then a chuckle. ] How embarrassing.. I thought I could do a little better.

Well, I guess you're not used to those shoes after all. I don't think it will be hard for you after you adjust!

First of all, it sounds silly that Yamato would need to link arms or hold hands just so that his balance wouldn't have him crashing down to the floor. He can't just look at the floor the entire time he's out so with an outstretched hand and entwining his fingers with the others — he moves a little closer. ]

[Initially he's not so surprised at all when Yamato seems to be for ignoring such an offer; usually, he's a very capable sword, with a good handle on whatever he's doing. (Or otherwise, good enough.) On the other hand, even that first step just doesn't look like an ideal way for him to walk on his own, so when Yamato's hand meets with his, he's happy to hold it back and take his step to catch up to the other, then a tentative few more to see if Yamato will follow.]
Then, I'll do my best to make sure you won't fall, Yasusada-kun! Feel free to use me to balance.

[ Using him so that he doesn't fall over, Yamato takes another step and whenever he feels uneasy he does give the other's hand a small but tight squeeze. It's already worrisome considering he doesn't want to damage any of Horikawa's webbing, guessing it may be easy to tear. He doesn't know how such thing parts of the body work there but their hands are quite different, aren't they? He does give that a look as he finally looks at the other's features with a smile. ]

It will be fine. It's not as delicate as you would think. [Nor are the fins that line behind his ears ー apparently for the thin translucence of these new additions is a bit deceptive in comparison to their durability. It's a bit of a relief, really, becoming the kind of monster that would tear if he caught in the wrong doorframe or picked something up carelessly seems only to be a drawback worse than what he already has to deal with. But in any case, Yamato's suggestion is agreeable enough, and Horikawa uses his free hand to pull out his wallet and flip through it.]

[ His suspicion on a rip and tear aren't something that can happen so easily which makes him feel at ease as he's replaced with the counter that he can latch on. The same person that showed them where is the dressing rooms were is manning the spot and seems to be watching the two on their little shopping escapade. It's not everyday someone slips money so willingly into another person's hands with care and bring them to the counter to pay for their own things.
